NIIT Technologies Ltd allots 104000 shares under the ESOP Scheme of the Company

The ESOP Share Allotment Committee of NIIT Technologies Ltd has allotted 1,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on July 18, 2016. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,309,524 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs.613,095,240 /-.
