SKM Egg Products to Delist Equity Shares from MSE and CSX

SKM Egg Products Export India Ltd has announced that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 16, 2006, have passed special resolution giving their consent to the Board of Directors to voluntarily delist the Equity Shares of the Company from the Madras Stock Exchange Ltd and Coimbatore Stock Exchange Ltd.
