Andrew Yule & Company Ltd approves allotment of 12462500 equity shares

The Board of Directors of Andrew Yule & Company Ltd at its meeting held on June 18, 2016, have approved Allotment of 1,24,62,500 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company in favour of Bank of Baroda, against conversion of Working Capital Term Loan availed of by the Company, as approved by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs.

Shares of ANDREW YULE & COMPANY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.22.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 151395 in over 600 trades.
