Mphasis Ltd has announced the exercise of the 1250 Employee Stock Option (ESOP) which has been approved on June 09, 2016 vide exercise register dated June 09, 2016. The options exercised where issued under the scheme - ESOP 2012.

The terms and time period of exercise of the ESOPs is as per the relevant ESOP Scheme.
