Indusind Bank Ltd allots 66175 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 66,175 (Sixty Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on June 08, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
