Amsons Apparels Ltd approves allotment of equity shares

The Board of Directors of Amsons Apparels Ltd in its meeting held on May 16, 2016, May 17, 2016 and May 18, 2016 approved the allotment of 15,00,000 equity shares, 30,00,000 Equity Shares and 15,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par respectively.
