Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd allots 8000 equity shares on exercise of options

The Board of Directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, at its Meeting held on May 12, 2016 allotted 8,000 equity shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, at its meeting held on May 12, 2016 has cancelled 27,500 stock options pursuant to ESOS 2003.

Shares of GLENMARK PHARMACEUTICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.858.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 857.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 42460 in over 2339 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 868.5 and intraday low of 855.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 36587363.
