Gravita India Ltd approves allotment of 46190 shares

The Board of Directors of Gravita India Ltd at its meeting held on April 26, 2016, discussed and approved the Allotment of 46,190 Equity Shares of the Company @ of Rs. 2/- each to the employees of Company and its subsidiaries to whom option were granted under Gravita Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and in respect of which Company has received the application from along with the Application Money from the respective employees.

Shares of GRAVITA INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.25.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5854 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.7 and intraday low of 25.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 148598.
