A Meeting of the Share / Warrant Allotment Committee of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd will schedule to be held on April 28, 2016, to allot 1,20,25,454 nos. of fully convertible warrants on preferential basis, at a price not less than Rs. 55 per warrant to the Promoters Group Companies.
