L&T allots Issue of underlying shares on conversion of FCCBs

Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced that the Company has allotted 23,79,760 underlying equity shares upon conversion of JPY 7,670,000,000 FCCBs on August 06, 2007.
