Federal Bank Ltd allots 128500 Equity Shares under ESOS - 2010

The Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee of the Board of Federal Bank Ltd has allotted 1,28,500 (One Lakh twenty eight thousand and five hundred) Equity shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to Mr. Shyam Srinivasan, MD & CEO upon exercise of stock options and payment of money, which is already granted to him under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
