L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd approves Private Placement of NCDs worth Rs. 150 crore

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 150 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 50 Crore, on private placement basis.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.73.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 72.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1007282 in over 5421 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.15 and intraday low of 71.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 73565438.
