Capital First Ltd allots 8600 shares under various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on April 12, 2016, has allotted 8,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,12,37,744 (Nos.) to 9,12,46,344 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.437.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 432.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10338 in over 562 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 442 and intraday low of 432.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4526157.
