Nutraplus India Limited approves conversion of 185000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Nutraplus India Ltd at its meeting held on April 12, 2016, has considered and approved the conversion of 1,85,000 Warrants held by Mrs. Gita Naik into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of NUTRAPLUS PRODUCTS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.199.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 195.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 34917 in over 235 trades.
