Larsen & Toubro Ltd allots 355982 Shares

Larsen & Toubro Ltd has allotted 3,55,982 (Three Lakh Fifty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Two) shares on April 12, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Ownership / Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.
