Larsen & Toubro Infotech withdraws DRHP for IPO

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited (the "Company"), one of Larsen & Toubro Ltd's subsidiaries, had filed the DRHP with SEBI. Due to change in the Offer structure and other considerations, the IPO Committees of the Company and Larsen & Toubro Limited, the selling shareholder to the Offer, have approved withdrawal of the DRHP with SEBI on April 11, 2016 and the same has been withdrawn today.

Shares of LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1212.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1190.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 178696 in over 9608 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1217 and intraday low of 1187.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 214831330.
