3i Infotech converts FCCBs into shares

3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company's Second Tranche of FCCB Issue of Euro 15 Million 1.5% Convertible Bonds due 2011, has been fully converted into equity shares of the Company.

All the respective shares have been fully paid up and listed on National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.
