Blackstone to acquire 50.10% stake in Gokaldas Exports

Gokaldas Exports Ltd has announced that the Promoters of the Company have entered into a share purchase agreement with M/s. Blackstone FP Capital Partners (Mauritius) V-B Subsidiary Ltd to sell 50.10% of their stake.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.228.70, up by Rs.4.30 or 1.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.239.95 and low of Rs.227. The total traded quantity was 61807 compared to 2 week average of 47813.
