Vijaya Bank allots 73441008 shares at Rs. 30.75

The allotment committee of the Board of Vijaya Bank has accorded approval for allotment of 7,34,41,008 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Rs. Ten only) at a premium of Rs. 20.75/- per share (Total issue price of Rs. 30.75/- per share) by way of Preferential Issue to the tune of upto Rs. 226 Crore to Life Insurance Corporation of India on preferential basis, in compliance with the provision of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, SEBI Guidelines and other applicable guidelines and Rules.

Shares of VIJAYA BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.31.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47119 in over 274 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.45 and intraday low of 30.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1467257.
