Capital Trust Ltd allots shares to promoter on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Capital Trust Ltd at its meeting held on March 29, 2016, has approved the allotment of 30,75,000 Equity shares at Rs. 217/- Issue price on preferential basis to Non-Promoters.

The Board also approved hte allotment of 30,92,500 Equity shares against conversion of warrants to Mr. Yogen Khosla, promoter.

Shares of CAPITAL TRUST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.334 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 332. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15113 in over 90 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 339.4 and intraday low of 330. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5068920.
