Venus India Asset-Finance Pvt Ltd approves issue of 650 NCDs

The Board of Directors of Venus India Asset-Finance Pvt Ltd at its meeting held on March 21, 2016, has received fresh approval for the issuance of 650 Secured Non-Convertible Debentures.

In supersession to previous Board Meeting held on September 09, 2015 with respect to issuance of NCDs, fresh approval is given by the Board for the issuance of 12%, 650 Secured Non-convertible Debentures of Rs. 100,000/- each.
