Religare Enterprises Ltd to raise Rs. 500 crores through NCDs on private placement basis

The Investment and Borrowing Committee of Board of Directors of Religare Enterprises Ltd at its meeting held on March 22, 2016 (started at 11.00 A.M. and concluded at 12.00 Noon) has considered and approved the raising of funds for an amount upto Rs. 500 crores through issue of Unsecured Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCD's") on private placement basis.

The Company will further update once the funds are raised and NCD's are issued.

Shares of RELIGARE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.288.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 289.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4810 in over 401 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 304.9 and intraday low of 287.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1423821.
