The Board of Directors of Tumus Electric Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on March 14, 2016, has allotted 1,34,500 (One Lac Thirty Four Thousand) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each at Price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) per Equity share to Mr. Uttam Bharat Bagri, Promoter of the Company on Preferential basis.
