UFO Moviez India Ltd allots 481594 equity shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd in its meeting held on March 09, 2016, had allotted 481594 equity shares of Rs.10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option scheme of the Company.

The 481,594 equity shares were allotted under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
