Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd to raise upto Rs. 5100 crores

The Board of Directors of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on March 09, 2016, has approved the proposal to raise funds upto INR 5,100 crore, subject to market conditions by way of a secured or unsecured debt issue by means of a private placement or listed on any offshore or onshore Stock Exchanges, (the "Issue").

Further, the senior management team of the Company shall engage in meetings with credit investors, analysts amongst others in connection with aforementioned Issue.

Shares of DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.177.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 175.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 140052 in over 2413 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 178.5 and intraday low of 171.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24606132.
