Welspun Enterprises Ltd allots 720000 equity shares under MD-ESOP

The Board of Directors of Welspun Enterprises Ltd has, by way of circular resolution effected on February 22, 2016, approved allotment of 7,20,000 equity shares to Mr. Sandeep Garg, Managing Director of the Company who had exercised his options under the Welspun Managing Director Employee Stock Option Plan ("MD ESOP"). The equity shares allotted shall rank pari passu in all respect, including dividend, with the existing equity shares of the Company.
