Ultracab (India) Ltd approves ESOP scheme

The Board of Directors of Ultracab (India) Ltd at its meeting held on February 22, 2016, has discussed and approved the Employee Stock Option Scheme ('ESOP Scheme') for the Employees of the Company.

The Board has Designated Nomination and Remuneration Committee as the Compensation Committee.

The Board also approved grant of Options to issue securities equal to or exceeding one per cent but not exceeding five percent of the issued Capital of the Company during any one financial year to identified employees under ESOP Scheme.
