Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd allots 18048 equity shares under DHFL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2008

The Committee of the Board of Directors of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on February 19, 2016, which commenced at 02.30 p.m. and concluded at 3.35 p.m. allotted 18,048 (Eighteen thousand and forty eight only) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to the eligible employees of the Company under the DHFL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008.

The said equity shares rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Consequent to the allotment of equity shares under the subject DHFL Employees Stock Option Scheme to the eligible employees of the Company, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 291,77,99,400 divided into 29,17,79,940 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 291,79,79,880 divided into 29,17,97,988 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.152 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 153.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 109833 in over 3099 trades.
