Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd to approve allotment of shares, warrants

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd will be held on February 23, 2016, to consider and approve the allotment of upto 10655000 Equity Shares and 5200000 convertible Equity warrants subject to prior approval of BSE and other concerned authorities as may be required.
