Vaibhav Global Ltd approves allotment of 7126 Equity Shares under ESOP

Vaibhav Global Ltd has allotted 7,126 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on February 03, 2016 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,51,51,310 consisting of 3,25,15,131 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
