Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 16470 Equity Shares

On January 30, 2016, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 16,470 [Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy only] Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,24,79,068/- divided into 42,12,39,534 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
