Ventura Textiles allots Equity Shares to Promoters on Conversion of Share Warrants

Ventura Textiles Ltd has announced that pursuant to BIFR order dated June 22, 2007, the Board of Directors of the Company vide their Circular Resolution dated August 03, 2007 allotted 4,75,00,000 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at a premium of Re 0.15/- per share to the promoters viz Ventura Texports Ltd and Penny Securities & Investments Pvt Ltd on conversion of share warrants.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to 39,45,54,260 Equity Shares of Re 1 each aggregating to Rs 39,45,54,260/-.
