AXIS Bank Ltd allots 311665 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 3,11,665 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 25, 2016, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,88,80,442 (237,94,40,221 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,95,03,772 (237,97,51,886 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
