The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Puravankara Projects Limited which closes for subscription tomorrow - August 8, 2007 has received subscription of 0.99 times.

The company received bids for 21277080 equity shares against the offer of 21467610 equity shares. The issue received bids for 3122900 shares at Cut-off price.

Out of the issue, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received bids for 1.3734 times with bids for 17690250 equity shares against the offer of 12880566 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 326670 equity shares against the offer of 2146761 shares resulting in a subscription of 0.1522 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion received bids for 0.5062 times with bids for 3260160 shares against the offer of 6440283 shares.
