The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board have allotted 19324 Equity Shares to the Employees of Everest Industries Ltd on January 19, 2016 under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.

13,424 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2010 and 5,900 Equity Shares were allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2011.
