Sequent Scientific Ltd grants 100000 Employee Stock Options under SSL ESOP Scheme - 2010

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Sequent Scientific Ltd has granted 100,000 stock options to the employees of the Company.

These options are to be vested over a period of 4 years @ 25% per year and the exercise price per option will be Rs. 435/-.

These options are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10 each.
