JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd approves allotment of 12674748 warrants

The Board of Directors of JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on January 05, 2016, has taken into consideration the application money received from some of the proposed allottees and approved the allotment of 1,26,74,748 Fully Convertible Warrants to the persons belonging to the Non-Promoter Category on a preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per Warrant in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 read with Companies Act, 2013.

In terms of the mandate received from the allottees exercising their right of conversion in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, the Board has considered and approved part conversion of aforesaid Warrants, to the extent of 32,80,000 Warrants into equivalent no. of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of JHS SVENDGAARD LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.23.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 72526 in over 203 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.45 and intraday low of 23.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1761672.
