Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd approves allotment of 375000 shares, 429505 CCDs

The Committee of Directors of Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd at its meeting held on December 23, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 375,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis to the entities belonging to nonpromoter group.

The Board approved the allotment of 429,505 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures on preferential basis to the entities belonging to non-promoter group.

Upon allotment of equity shares as mentioned under point no. (i) above, the paid up equity capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 5,06,48,660/- (Five Crores Six Lakh Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred And Sixty Only) divided into 50,64,866 (Fifty Lakh Sixty Four Thousand Eight Hundred And Sixty Six) Equity shares of Rs. 10 /- (Rupees Ten only) each to Rs. 7,38,98,660/- (Rupees Seven Crores Thirty Eight Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty only) divided into 73,89,866 (Seventy Three Lakh Eight Nine Thousand Eight Hundred And Sixty Six) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each.

Shares of KAMADGIRI FASHION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.64.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 896 in over 14 trades.
