Bake and Take at The Suryaa, New Delhi

With Christmas round the corner, celebrations are in full swing at The Suryaa. After the fun filled Cake Mixing Ceremony, which took place a month ago, The Suryaa marked the beginning of the festivities. Now with Christmas just a week away The Suryaa organized "Bake and Take" at Ssence for the guests to bake their own cakes with the mixture of dried fruits, varied spices and delicious berries that was prepared by them earlier.

'Bake and Take is a delightful way of being with the family and baking together. The guests baked beautiful and flavorsome cakes to welcome the Christmas celebrations.' said Chef Sanjay Thomas, F&B Director at The Suryaa, New Delhi.Under his guidance patrons of the hotel along with other guests took great pleasure in preparing the batter and baking cakes with various flavors and ingredients.

Ssence overflowed with the warm and appetizing aroma of cakes similar to that of a typical French bakery where children, men and women turned bakers and prepared yummy cakes!
