Trilogic Digital Media Ltd approves preferential allotment of warrants

The Board of Directors of Trilogic Digital Media Ltd at its meeting held on December 21, 2015, has approved the preferential allotment of 1,73,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to Non Promoters.

The Board has approved Appointment of Mr. Aman Thukral as the Additional Director of the Company.

The Board has noted Resignation of Mr. Sumit Dewan as the Additional Director of the Company.

The Board approved the adoption of Policy on determination of Materiality and Policy on preservation of Documents pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015) and Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India, (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015).
