AXIS Bank Ltd approves allotment of 97595 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 97,595 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 21, 2015 pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,75,46,730 (237,87,73,365 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,77,41,920 (237,88,70,960 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.441.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 432.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 529637 in over 8271 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 443.2 and intraday low of 432.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 232554069.
