Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 122289 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on December 21, 2015 has approved allotment of total 1,22,289 equity shares consisting of 2100 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share, 40,439 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share, 25,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 27.55 per Equity Share and 54,750 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 35.25 per Equity Share, under the ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme - AMENDED 2015.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,301,633 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,301,633 to 320,423,922 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,423,922/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.40.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 49908 in over 482 trades.
