Sankara Academy of Vision Hosts 3rd Eye-Postgraduate Update in Ophthalmology in Bengaluru

Sankara Academy of Vision (SAV) is conducting the 8th edition of the 3rd Eye-Postgraduate Update in Ophthalmology from 18th-20th Dec, 2015 at Sankara Eye Hospital, Bengaluru, under the aegis of the Bangalore Ophthalmic Society and the Karnataka Ophthalmic Society.

The theme of this year is "3D-DETECT DIAGNOSE AND DECIDE ON PLAN OF MANAGEMENT IN OPHTHALMOLOGY". It aims at providing post graduates in ophthalmology an update on recent trends in eye care. Over 30 Eminent post graduate teachers from Sankara Eye Foundation and other leading postgraduate training institutes across India will share their expertise with the delegates.

Dr Sowmya Murthy, Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmology and Course Coordinator, Sankara Eye Hospital, Bangalore, said- "The 8th annual update is structured in an interactive format with case oriented presentations, video-based lectures, hands-on and wet lab sessions to provide a comprehensive overview to the students."
