Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd approves allotment of bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Mangal Credit and Fincorp Ltd at its meeting held on December 19, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 70,44,075 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders whose names in the register of Members as on December 19, 2015 (Record Date) in the ratio of 5:1 (Five Equity Shares for every one Equity Share Held) by way of capitalization of Reserves.
