Transport Corporation Board Meeting on Aug 10, 2007 to consider preferential issue

Transport Corporation of India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider the issue of shares on Preferential basis in line with the prevailing guidelines of SEBI.

Further the Company has informed that, the meeting shall also consider convening of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to seek shareholders approval in this regard.
