Trilogic Digital Media Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Dec 21, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Trilogic Digital Media Ltd will be held on December 21, 2015, to consider the preferential allotment of 1,73,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to non promoters.

The Board will consider appointment of Mr. Aman Thukral as an Additional Director and resignation of Mr. Sumit Kumar Dewan as an Additional Director.
