Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 14163 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2006

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has approved allotment of 14,163 (Fourteen Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Three ) Equity Shares under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130,159,119 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to 130,173,282 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,301,732,820 /- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Seventeen Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1935.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1986.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10905 in over 1713 trades.
