IDFC Bank Ltd approves allotment of 1090000 Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

The Allotment and Share Transfer Committee of IDFC Bank Limited met on November 28, 2015 and allotted 10,90,000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank in terms of IDFC Bank Limited ESOS - 2015.
