I learned that there are good actors who do not get enough exposure and that's how my career started as a casting director. I am happy to be here at International Film Festival of India. In my masterclasses, I will be sharing my insights on Casting process and different steps that go into film casting." Answering a question- where do you find the talent, Nancy said that acting schools, Film festivals, theatre, workshops are the some of the places where I scout for the talent. Sometimes, street casting comes handy in a case of urgency. Nancy has been retained as casting director by dozens of major screen producers and directors, including Brad Bird, (Mission Impossible IV), Roman Polanski (Oliver), and Ridley Scott (Child 44). She also was nominated for an Emmy Award for her casting work on AnneFrank: The Whole Story, ABC/Disney Studios.
