The Board of Directors of Asya Infosoft Ltd at its meeting held on November 15, 2015, has considered, approved and allotted 4,42,500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up against the conversion of equivalent numbers of equity Warrants consequent to the receipt of due amount from the allottees.
